<br /> Existing lndebtedness. The words "Existing Indebtedness" mean the indebtedness described in �he Existing Liens

<br /> Guaranty. The word "Guaranty" means the guaranty �rom guarantar, endorser, surety, ❑r accommodatian party to
<br /> Lender, including w�thout lim�tation a guaranty of all or part of the N�te.
<br /> Hazardaus Substan�es. The words "Hazardous Substances" mean materials that, be�ause of their quantity,
<br /> �oncentration or physical, chemi�al or infiectiaus characteristics, may cause ❑r pose a presen� ar potentiai hazard
<br /> to human health or the en�ironment when improperly used, treated, stored, disposed af, generated, manufactured,
<br /> transported ❑r ❑therwise handled. The wards "Hazardaus Substances" are used in their �ery broadest sense and
<br /> include withaut limitation any and all hazardous ❑r toxiC su�stances, materials or waste as defined b�y or listed
<br /> under�he En�iranmental Laws. The term "Hazardaus Substances" als❑ incEudes, without limitatian, petr�oleum and
<br /> petroleum by-products or any fraction thereo#and asbestos.
<br /> lmprovements. The ward "Impro�ements" means all existing and future impro�ements, buifdings, �tructures,
<br /> mobile homes affixed Qn the Reai Property, faciiities, additions, replacements and other construction ❑n the Real
<br /> Praperty.
<br /> Indebtedness. The ward "Indebtedness" means all principal, interest, and ather amounts, costs and expenses
<br /> payable under the Note ❑r Related Documents, togeth�r with all renewais ❑f, �xtensi�ns ❑f, modifications ❑f,
<br /> �onsolidations of and substitutions for the Note �r Related Documents and any amounts exp�nded or ad�anced by
<br /> Lender t❑ discharge Trustor's �bligations or expenses incurred by Trus�ee ❑r Lender t❑ enforce Trus�or's
<br /> abligations under this Deed of Trust, together with interest on such amounts as pr��ided in this Deed af Trust.
<br /> Sp�cifically, w�thout limitation, Indebtedness in�ludes the futur� ad�ances set forth in the Future Ad�an�es
<br /> pra�ision, together with all interes� therean and all amaunts that may be indirectly secured by the
<br /> Cross-Collateralizatian pro�ision ❑f this Deed af Trust.
<br /> Lender. The wa�d "Lender" means Ft�e Points Bank, its successors and assigns.
<br /> Nvte. The word "Note" means the promissory note dated Mar�h 2�, 2fl15, in the vri�inal principal amvunt
<br /> Df $999,�75.�� from Trustar to L�nder, together with all renewals af, extensions af, modifications ❑f,
<br /> refinan�ings o�, cansalidations ❑f, and substitutions for the promissory note or agreement.
<br /> Personal Prvperty. The words "Personal P�-operty" mean all equipment, fixtures, and other articles o�F personaf
<br /> praperty now or hereafter awned by Trustor, and now or hereafter attached or affixed to the Real Praperty;
<br /> together with alf accessions, parts, and additions to, a�l replacements of, and a11 substitutions for, any ❑f such
<br /> property; and together with all proceeds �including without limitation al� insuran�e praceeds and refunds af
<br /> premiums} from any sale ❑r other dispasition of the Property.
<br /> Property. The ward "Property" means coi�ecti�ely the Real Proper�y and the Pers�na[ Property.
<br /> Real Property. The words "Real Property" mean th� real prop�rty, interests and rights, as further described in this
<br /> Deed af Trust.
<br /> Related Documents. The wards "Relat�d Documents" mean a�! promissary notes, credit agreemPnts, loan
<br /> agreements, en�iranmentaf agr�ements, guaran�ies, se�urity agreements, mortgages, de�ds ❑f trust, security
<br /> deeds, callateral mortgages, and all other instruments, agreements and da�uments, whether now ❑r hereafter
<br /> existing, executed in connection with the Indebtedn�ss.
<br /> Rents. The word "Rents" means ail present and tuture rents, re�enues, incame, �ssues, rayalties, profits, and
<br /> ather ben�tits deri�ed from the Praperty.
<br /> Trustee. The word "Trustee" means Fi�e Paints Bank, whose address is P.� Box �507, Grand Island, NE
<br /> 688D2-�5Q7 and any substitute ❑r successor trusteeS.
<br /> Trustor. The ward "Trustor" means LARRY J KNUTH and KAREN L KNUTH.
