Lender may d❑ any and aII �hings �o execu�e and comply with �he laws o� �he 5�ate of <br /> Nebraska and alsv all vther laws, rules, ❑rders, ❑rdinances and requirem�n�s ofi all other go�ernmental agenc�es <br /> affecting�he Prvperty. <br /> Lease�he Prvperty. Lender may rent or lease�th�who�e ❑r any par�o��he Property for such term or�erms and on <br /> such c�nditions as Lender may deem appr�priate. <br /> Employ Agen�s. Lender may engage such agent or agen�s as Lende�- may deem appropria�e, either in Lender's <br /> name or in Gran�or's name,�o rent and manage�he Proper�y, including the collection and applica�ion of Rents. <br /> ��her Acts.
