Vice President <br />cn <br />AFTER RECORDING RETURN TO: <br />Pathway Bank <br />PO Box 428 <br />Cairo, NE 68824 <br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Gary <br />Harders, Husband, Lisa Harders, Wife and Donna R Harders, also known as Donna <br />Harders, a single person, Grantors, to Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, <br />Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated May 13, 2015 in which Pathway Bank, a Nebraska <br />Banking Corporation, is Beneficiary, said Deed of Trust being recorded May 18, 2015 as <br />Instrument No. 201503181 of the Records of Hall County, Nebraska, securing an original <br />stated indebtedness of $1,500,000.00, has been paid or otherwise satisfied and said beneficiary <br />have requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered; <br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of <br />Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons <br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described as <br />follow: <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, <br />at Cairo, Nebraska, this 17th day of March, 2016. <br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me this 17th day of <br />March, 2016, by Kenneth Wiemers, Ex.
