<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Gary
<br />Harders and Lisa Harders, husband and wife, and Donna Harders, as an individual, Trustors,
<br />to The State Bank of Cairo, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, now known as Pathway Bank,
<br />Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated July 14, 2003, modification dated May 17, 2006, in
<br />which The State Bank of Cairo, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, now known as Pathway
<br />Bank, is Beneficiary, said Deed of Trust being recorded July 28, 2003 as Instrument No.
<br />0200309729, modification recorded May 31, 2006 as Instrument No. 0200604843 of the
<br />Records of Hall County, Nebraska, securing an original stated indebtedness of $200,000.00,
<br />modified indebtedness of $545,000.00 has been paid or otherwise satisfied and said beneficiary
<br />have requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described as
<br />follow:
<br />The Southwest Quarter of Section Twenty -one (21), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Eleven
<br />(11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
