<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the <7;—°
<br />Deed of Trust dated February 8, 1993, executed by Randy L. Evans and Cynthia S. Evans, o
<br />husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, c �`
<br />which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as
<br />Document #93- 101161 on the 10th day of February, 1993, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank,
<br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned
<br />as follows:
<br />Lots Nine (9) and Ten (10), in Block Sixteen (16), in Rollins' Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 16th day of March, 2001.
