Stat. 76 -201): <br />One Half (%) interest in and to the East Fifty -two (52) <br />feet of Lots One (1) , Two (2) and Three (3) of Campbell's <br />Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, excepting therefrom a tract of land more <br />particularly described in Warranty Deed recorded in Book <br />145, at Page 154 <br />GRANTOR covenants (jointly and severally, if more than one) with <br />the GRANTEE that GRANTOR: <br />(1) is lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is <br />free from encumbrances subject to easements, reservations, <br />covenants and restrictions of record; <br />(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; <br />(3) warrants and will defend the title to the real estate <br />against the lawful claims of all persons. <br />EXECUTED: if , 2000. <br />Norma F.
