LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />A tract of land comprising all of Lots Eight (8), Nine (9) and <br />Seventy One (71), Amick Acres West Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska <br />and containing 2.984 acres, more or less. <br />DEDICATION <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that we, Lillian R. Amick, a <br />single person, Carl R. Amick and Renee J.
