<br /> Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non-payment
<br /> of the installment payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition,Trustors are hereby liable to the

<br /> Trust, Co. Inc., for all fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable pursuant to
