<br /> acknowledged by Lender in writing. �ay any breach or �ivla�ion ❑f any En�irvnmental Laws, �b� any use,
<br /> generation, manu�ac�ure, storage, treatment, disposal, releas� or�h�eatened release of any Hazardous Substance
<br /> on, under, about ❑r frvm the Prvperty by any prior owners �r ❑ccupants �f the Praperty, ❑r �cf any ac�ual or

<br /> Lender's prior written cansent. As a conditian ta the rem��al ❑f any Impro�ements, Lender may require Trustar�o
<br /> make arrangemen�s satistactary �o Lender �a replace such Impra�ements with Impro�ements ❑f a� least equal
<br /> �alue.
<br /> L�mder's R�gh��o En�e�. Lender and Lender's agen�s and representa�i�es may enter upan the Real Proper�y a� aii
<br /> reasonab[e times �o attend �o Lender's in�erests and �o insp�c� the Real Prop�rty �or purpases of Trustor's
<br /> corr�plian�e with the terms an�1 cflnditsons v�this D�e�1 fl#Trus�.
<br /> Gomplia�ce �vvi�h Gvve�nr��n��l Requirements. Trus��r shall promp�ly comply with all laws, ardinances, and
<br /> regula�ions, now o� her�a#�er in �ffect. vt a41 go�ernmen�a� au�hori�ies app�scab�e to the use fl� occ��ancy o� �he
<br /> Proper�y, including wi�haut limEtatian, the Americans W��h Disabilit�es Act. Trusto� may can�est in gaod �ai�h any
<br /> such iaw, ordinance, ❑r regulation and withhoEd compf iance during any pr�ceeding, including apprapria�e appe�ls,
<br /> so long as Trustor has nv�ified Lender in writing pria�to doing so and so long as, in Lende�'s sole vpinivn, Lend�r's

<br /> bond, reasanably satis�actar�to Lender,to protec�Lender's interest.
