AFTER RECORDING MAIL TO: <br />ROUTE: Grand Island, NE to Julesburg, CO <br />SURVEY STA.: <br />LAND SERVICES, INC. <br />MARKER: <br />409 SHOSHONE STREET SOUTH <br />REP TRACT NO.: NE- ZAAV -HA- 027000 <br />SUITE 18 <br />DRAFT NO.: <br />TWIN FALLS, ID 83301 <br />AMENDMENT TO EASEMENT 200002956 <br />PARTIES: AT &T Corp, successor to American Telephone and Telegraph Company, <br />as Agent, (hereinafter referred to as "AT &T') <br />REGARDING: "Grant" dated September 1, 1987, recorded in <br />Document # 87- 105864 in Hall County, <br />State of Nebraska. <br />THAT WHEREAS, AT &T is the owner of an easement upon, over and under a strip of land 16.5 feet wide more particularly <br />described in the above - referenced "Agreement" and AT &T agrees to redefine the 16.5 foot easement that traverses the parcel of <br />land By: Jerry Woitaszewski, Ron Woitaszewski, Ken Woitaszewski, and Dennis Woitaszewski <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the 16.5 foot easement will be over the existing easement and include the right to construct, reconstruct, <br />operate, maintain (to include aerial patrol), alter, replace and remove such communications systems for the Nex Gen <br />Communications Project as the Grantee may require, consisting of underground cables and wires, wave guides, surface testing <br />terminals, conduits, manholes, markers, and other appurtenances upon, across and under the 16.5 foot wide easement. It is <br />understood that placement of cable within the vacant conduits may take place at a future date but are part of the Nex Gen <br />Communications Project.
