<br />WHEREAS, All of the indebtedness secured by the DEED OF TRUST executed by Gerald L.
<br />Scheer, and Connie M. Scheer, husband and wife, to Jerry J. Milner, a member of Nebraska Bar
<br />Association, as Trustee for the benefit of THE ASSOCIATES FINANCIAL SERVICES
<br />COMPANY, INC., SUCCESSOR IN INTERST TO ASSOCIATES FINANCIAL SERVICES
<br />COMPANY OF NEBRASKA, INC., BY MERGER DATED 10/18/99, the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated July 9th, 1999 and recorded July 12`h, 1999 in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 99- 106969 has been paid, and said Beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by
<br />its endorsement below;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these present, grant, remise,
<br />release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said DEED OF TRUST in the following described premises but only
