<br />WHEREAS, All of the indebtedness secured by the DEED OF TRUST executed by Branden L.
<br />Friedricksen, a single person to Jerry J. Milner, a member of Nebraska Bar Association, as
<br />Trustee for the benefit of THE ASSOCIATES FINANCIAL SERVICES COMPANY, INC.,
<br />SUCCESSOR IN INTERST TO ASSOCIATES FINANCIAL SERVICES COMPANY OF
<br />NEBRASKA, INC., BY MERGER DATED 10/18/99, the Beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />December 27th, 1999 and recorded January 3rd, 2000 in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 0200000049 has been paid, and said Beneficiary
<br />has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed
<br />by its endorsement below;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these present, grant, remise,
<br />release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said DEED OF TRUST in the following described premises but only
<br />as to such premises:
