<br />200102236 DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Deed of Trust dated January 31, 1997, and executed by Young Men's Christian Association (YMCA), a
<br />Non -Profit Corporation; Young Women's Christian Association (YWCA), a Non -Profit Corporation; and
<br />YMCA and YWCA New Building Corporation, a Non - Profit Corporation, as Trustors, in which Five
<br />Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded as Document
<br />#97- 100933 in the Register of Deeds office in Hall County, Nebraska, recorded on February 11, 1997 and,
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank,
<br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned
<br />as follows:
<br />A tract of land comprising all of Lots One through Eight (1 through 8) inclusive, Block Fifty -Three (53),
<br />Original Town, and including the vacated alley lying therein, and the Westerly Thirty -Six (36) Feet of Lots
<br />Four (4) and Five (5), Block Fifty -Two (52), Original Town, and including that part of the vacated alley
<br />line therein, and all that part of vacated Kimball Avenue lying therein between said Blocks Fifty -Two (52)
<br />and Fifty -Three (53), said tract all being in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 20`h day of March, 2001.
