<br />the Grantor, in consideration of love and affection, received from Grantee,
<br />does quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto JULIE D.
<br />JOHNSON, herein called the Grantee, an undivided three - tenths interest in and
<br />to the following described property in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />A tract of land located in the Southeast Quarter (SE1 /, ) of Section
<br />Twenty -four (24) , Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of
<br />the 6th P.M., more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the
<br />southeast corner of said Section 24; thence westerly along and upon the
<br />south line of said Section 24, a distance of 691.3 feet; thence
<br />deflecting right 68 012' and running northwesterly along and upon the
<br />easterly right -of -way line of U.S. Highway No. 281, a distance of 485.73
<br />feet; thence running easterly along and upon a line 451.0 feet north of
<br />and parallel to the south line of said Section 24, a distance of 877.85
<br />feet to the east line of said Section 24; thence southerly along and
<br />upon the east line of said Section 24, a distance of 451.0 feet to the
<br />place of beginning and containing 8.122 acres, more or less, of which
