200102228 <br />Parcel No. 7 <br />All that portion of said Railway Company's Belt Line <br />right of way in the Northeast Quarter of said Section 21, <br />bounded on the Easterly side by the Easterly line of <br />vacated Cleburn Street and bounded on the Westerly side <br />by the Westerly line of Lincoln Avenue, as per the <br />recorded plat thereof. Hereinabove last described <br />property is also bounded on the Northerly side, in part, <br />by that property conveyed to Glacier Park Company by deed <br />dated December 7, 1988 and recorded as Document No. 89- <br />104759 in and for Hall County, Nebraska; Also, <br />Parcel No. 8 <br />All that portion of said Belt Line right of way, <br />being a strip of land 12.5 feet wide located in the West <br />Half of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 21, <br />formerly Block 10 of South Park Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, now vacated, and <br />that part of vacated Washington Street, in said City of <br />Grand Island, lying Northwesterly of said Belt Line Main <br />Track centerline and bounded on the Easterly side by the <br />Westerly line of said Lincoln Avenue and bounded on the <br />Westerly side by the Westerly line of said vacated <br />Washington Street; Hereinabove last described property <br />is also bounded on the Southerly side by that property <br />conveyed to Clark Gauthier and wife by deed dated <br />December 15, 1995; Also, <br />Parcel No. 9 <br />All that portion of said Railway Company's 25 foot <br />wide Belt Line right of way, being 12.5 feet wide on each <br />side of said Main Track centerline in the Southwest <br />Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 21, <br />bounded on the Northeasterly side by the Westerly line of <br />said vacated Washington Street, bounded on the <br />Northwesterly side by that property conveyed to the <br />Island Supply Company by deed dated August 21, 1950 and <br />bounded on the Southwesterly side by the centerline of 80 <br />foot wide Adams Street; Also, <br />Parcel No. 10 <br />All that portion of said Railway Company's 50 foot <br />wide Belt Line right of way, being 25 feet wide on each <br />side of said Main Track centerline in the Southeast <br />3 <br />
