<br /> �or�going, Trustar will no� remo�e, or grant t❑ �ny other party the right t❑ remove, any timber. minerals {including
<br /> oil and gas}, coai, c�ay, scoria, soil, gra�ei or roGk products withvut Lender's pri�r wri�ten consent.
<br /> Removal vf Impra�ements. Trustar sha�l nat demvlish or rema�e any 1mpr��ements from the Rea[ Property without
<br /> Lender's prior written cansent. As a condit�on�❑the remo�a� of any Improvements� Lender may require Trustor to
<br /> make arrangements satisfactvey �o Lender �o replac� such �mpro�emenfis with �mprovements of at least equal
<br /> �alue.
