BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA: SECTION 1. That the twenty (20.0) foot wide easement located in Lot Thirty Four (34) of Matthews Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: A tract of land Twenty (20.0) feet in width lying Ten (10.0) feet on either side of a line parallel to and Eight Hundred Eighty Five and Five Tenths (885.5) feet east of the west line of Section Twenty Seven (27), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th p.M., from the south line to the northerly line of said Lot Thirty Four (34), said tract containing 0.18 acres, more or less, as shown on the plat dated 2/20/69 attached hereto as Exhibit "B" and incorporated herein by reference; Approved as to Form March 24, 2000 ♦ City A torney m n X > T C7 C) CJ,) O —q O --i m CD O " CD Co —r1 O G3.
