<br />THIS INDENTURE, made this 6th day of April, 2000 between the Secretary of Veterans Affairs, an Officer of the United States
<br />of America, whose address is Department of Veterans Affairs, Washington, D.C., 20420, hereinafter referred to as Grantor and
<br />Dewayne G. Naasz, a married person

<br />hereinafter referred to as Grantee(s).
<br />Witnesseth, that the said Grantor for and in consideration of the sum of
<br />Seventy Thousand Four Hundred - Twelve and no /100 Dollars ------------------------------------------------------- ($70,412.00)
<br />receipt whereof is acknowledged, hereby grants, conveys and confirms unto the said Grantee(s), the following described premises, situated in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska: Lot 9, in Block 7, of Koehler Place, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />It being the intention of all parties hereto, that in the event of the death of either of said grantees, the entire fee simple title to the real
<br />estate described herein shall vest in the surviving grantee.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together with all the Tenements, Hereditaments and Appurtenances
<br />thereunto belonging unto the said Grantee(s) and Grantees' heirs or successors and assigns, forever.
<br />Grantor covenants with Grantees and their assigns, and with the heirs or successors and assigns of the survivor of them, that at the
<br />time of the execution and delivery of these presents grantor is lawfully seized of said premises; that grantor has good right and lawful authority
<br />to convey the same, and that they are free from encumbrance, subject to restrictions, easements and covenants of record, and covenants to
