17. Upon payment of all sums as herein provided, Lender shall direct Trustee to reconvey the Property and shall surrender this Deed of Trust and the Debt secured hereby. Trustee shall reconvey the Property without warranty and without charge to the persons legally entitled to it. 18. Lender, at its option, may from time to time remove Trustee and appoint a successor Trustee by an instrument recorded in the county in which this Deed of Trust is recorded. Without conveyance of the property, the successor Trustee shall succeed to all the title, power, and duties conferred upon Trustee herein and by Nebraska Law. 19. Upon request of Borrower, Lender may, at its option, make additional and future advances and re- advances to Borrower. Such advances and re- advances, with interest thereon, shall be secured by this Deed of Trust. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtedness secured by this Deed of Trust, not including sums advanced to protect the security of this Deed of Trust, exceed the original principal amount stated herein. 20. Borrower requests that copies of all notice provided herein be sent to Borrower's address hereinabove indicated.
