TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />PATRICIA A ROZMIAREK, AN INDIVIDUAL
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated July 15, 1998 and recorded July 21, 1998, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL
<br />COUNTY, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 98- 107074 has been paid, and said beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
<br />the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such
<br />premises;
<br />EASTERLY HALF OF LOT SIX (6) AND THE EASTERLY HALF OF THE NORTHERLY FIFTY
<br />TWO (52) FEET OF LOT SEVEN (7) BLOCK TWENTY EIGHT (28) PACKER AND BARR'S
<br />SECOND ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
