Nielsen, as husband and wife, as <br />Trustors, did on or about July 1, 1997, make, execute and deliver unto Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal <br />Savings Bank, Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following- described real <br />property: <br />Lot Five (5) in Block Forty -Three (43), in Russel Wheeler's <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Home Federal Savings & Loan <br />Association of Grand Island, Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust which was recorded on July 3, 1997, in the <br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 97- 105355. <br />On or about July 1, 1997, Home Federal Savings & Loan Association of Grand Island, Beneficiary, <br />assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage <br />Corporation.
