<br />209 feet to the place of beginning, containing I acre, more or less, in Jackson Precinct
<br />in Hall County and State of Nebraska.
<br />Fred Eickhoff, Jr., has until June 1, 2001, to remove any personal property on the tract.
<br />Fred Eickhoff, Jr., and /or his designees, have the right of access of the existing
<br />roadway for access to adjoining property.
<br />GRANTOR covenants with the GRANTEE that GRANTOR:
<br />(1) Is lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances;
<br />(2) Has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
