<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PROCEDURES:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />Dennis R. Crowell and Phylis L. Crowell, husband and wife ,Trustor,to
<br />Bank of Wood River , Trustees, for
<br />the benefit of Bank of Wood River , the Beneficiary names
<br />herein dated April 22, 1996 �x20W, and recorded April 29, 1996 �x
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska
<br />as Document No. 96- 103144 has been paid, and said Beneficiary has been
<br />requested in writing this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivers as confirmed
<br />by its endorsement below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary names therein, the undersigned as Trustee does be these
<br />presents, grants, remise, release and convey to the person or persons entitled thereto all
<br />the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the
<br />following described premises but only as to such premises:
<br />A tract of land in the Southeast Quarter (SE1 /4) of Section Twenty -seven (27), Township Ten (10)
<br />North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska more particularly
<br />described as follows: Commencing at a point ninety -three and one half (93 1/2) rods north of the
<br />Southeast corner of Section number twenty -seven (27), Township number Ten (10) North of Range
<br />Number Eleven (11), West of the 6th P.M., thence running north along the east line of said
<br />Section Twenty seven (27) One Hundred Seventy-Two and One Half (172 1/2) feet, thence running
<br />south 83 degrees 10 West, Two Hundred Fifty -two (252) feet, thence running South One
<br />Hundred Seventy -two and One Half (172 1/2) feet thence running north 83 degrees 10' east
<br />(VA. 11 degrees 45 E) two hundred fifty -two ffl2) feet to the place of beginning.
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belong
<br />to such premises.
