<br />Affiant, B. J. Cunningham, Jr., after being first duly sworn
<br />on oath, deposes and states as follows:
<br />1. That Affiant is the duly appointed qualified and acting
<br />Personal Representative of the Estate of Lorine G. Daffer, who died
<br />November 21, 2000, a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and that
<br />Affiant was appointed Personal Representative of said Decedent's
<br />Estate on the 27th day of November, 2000, by the Hall County Court.
<br />2. That said Decedent was preceded in death by her spouse,
<br />Howard William Daffer, Sr., who died a resident of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on February 5, 1992, and a copy of said Decedent's
<br />Certificate of Death is hereto attached, made a part hereof and
<br />identified as Exhibit "A ". That the said Lorine G. Daffer and
<br />Howard William Daffer, Sr. were husband and wife on the date of the
<br />death of Howard William Daffer, Sr. on February 5, 1992, and were
<br />on said date the owners, as joint tenants not tenants in common, of
<br />the real estate legally described as follows:
<br />Lot Seven (7) in Block Twenty -Two (22), Russel Wheeler's
<br />Addition to Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />3. That by reason of the provisions of the Joint Tenancy
<br />Warranty Deed, the said Lorine G. Daffer became the sole owner of
<br />the above described property on the death of Howard William Daffer,
<br />Sr. and that the said Lorine G. Daffer was the owner of said
<br />described property on the date of her death; that your Affiant, as
<br />Personal Representative of the Estate of Lorine G. Daffer, makes
<br />this Affidavit in connection with the sale of the above - described
<br />real property.
<br />4. That this Affidavit is given as evidence that pursuant to
<br />Neb.Rev.Stat. Section 77 -2003, no inheritance tax lien arose due to
<br />the death of the said Howard William Daffer, Sr. that could attach
<br />to the above described real estate and that pursuant to
<br />Neb.Rev.Stat. Section 77 -2012, no Nebraska estate tax lien arising
<br />due to the death of the said Lorine G. Daffer can attach to the
<br />above described property.
