<br />SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE AND DEED OF PARTIAL RECONVEYANCE , d
<br />1. Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Bank, of P.O. Box 160, Grand Island, NE
<br />68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed by Artvest III,
<br />A Nebraska General Partnership, as Trustor, in which Equitable Bank fka The Equitable
<br />Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, A Federal Savings Bank, is named
<br />as the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated July 1, 1997 and
<br />recorded July 3, 1997, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as
<br />Instrument No. 97- 105326 regarding the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
<br />2. Deed of Partial Reconveyance. A portion of the indebtedness secured by the Deed
<br />of Trust executed by Artvest III, A Nebraska General Partnership, as trustor, to Earl D.
<br />Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of Equitable Bank fka The Equitable Building
<br />and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, A Federal Savings Bank as Beneficiary, dated
<br />July 1, 1997, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as
<br />Document No. 97- 105326, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that
<br />this Partial Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement
<br />below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary,
<br />the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right title and
<br />interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the real estate
<br />described in paragraph 3 below.
<br />Condominium Unit No. 605, The Yancey, a Condominium, a condominium in
<br />accordance with the Declaration recorded October 17, 1984 under Document No
<br />84- 005507 of the County of Hall, State of Nebraska records.
