HETRICK, of 2114 North Huston <br />Avenue, Grand Island, Nebraska, as grantor. (,4 lYlarri% lotrsok, <br />In consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), LOVE AND AFFECTION, and other valuable <br />consideration, the receipt of which is acknowledged, grantor grants and conveys to said ERNIE R. <br />HETRICK and SHERI LEI HETRICK, husband and wife, of 2114 North Huston avenue, Grand <br />Island, Nebraska, as joint tenants, and not as tenants in common, with full right of survivorship, the <br />whole estate to vest in the survivor in the event of the death of either, the real property (as defined <br />in Neb. Rev.
