Koenig, a member of the <br />Nebraska State Bar Association, whose mailing address is P.O. Box 2300, Grand <br />Island, NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of <br />Trust executed by RICHARD BAASCH, JR. as Trustor, in which GALE L. <br />MILLER and MARGIE M. MILLER, husband and Wife, as Joint Tenants with <br />rights of survivorship, are named as the Beneficiaries and David D. Zwart as <br />Trustee, dated July 12, 1999 and recorded as Instrument number 99107027 in <br />the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska regarding the sale <br />of the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br />2. Deed of Reconvevance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed <br />of Trust executed by RICHARD BAASCH, JR. as Trustor to David D. Zwart, <br />attorney, Trustee for GAYLE L. MILLER and MARGIE M. MILLER, Husband and <br />Wife, dated July 12, 1999, and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of <br />Hall County, Nebraska as document number 99107027 has been paid and the <br />Beneficiaries have requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be <br />executed and delivered as confirmed by their endorsement below. <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of <br />the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto <br />all of the right, title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the <br />Deed of Trust and the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br />ITV <br />rn <br />rri <br />c c <br />c7) C ) <br />cD <br />^gy <br />N � <br />1 6 <br />
