Skala, a married person whose address is 323 Mallard Lane, Grand Island, NE 68801 hereinafter referred to as Grantee(s). Witnesseth, that the said Grantor for and in consideration of the sum of Twenty Thousand Five Hundred and no /100 Dollars ------------------------------------------------------------------ ($20,500.00) receipt whereof is acknowledged, hereby grants, conveys and confirms unto the said Grantee(s), the following described premises, situated in Hall County, Nebraska: Lot 5, Block 133, Union Pacific Railway Company's Second Addition, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. It being the intention of all parties hereto, that in the event of the death of either of said grantees, the entire fee simple title to the real estate described herein shall vest in the surviving grantee.
