Bank is the beneficiary under a deed of trust (the " Junior Deed of Trust ") dated December 10, <br />1998, granted by James Rookstool AKA James L. Rookstool and Christine Rookstool, husband and wife <br />( "Borrower"), and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on March 11, 1999, <br />as Document No. 99- 102592, encumbering the real property described therein (collectively, the "Property"). <br />Refinancer is the beneficiary under a deed of trust (the "Senior Deed of Trust ") dated <br />Q� <C7, , 20 ©� , granted by the Borrower, and recorded in the same <br />office on — YI\CD 1S� , 20�, as <br />,-?, (--)© � ©D. i l tA , encumbering the property.
