<br />WHEREAS, in an action in District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein Al A.
<br />Avery is Plaintiff, and Kenneth Luschei a/k/a Kenneth Edward Luschei, US Bank as Custodian
<br />for Sass Muni V Dtr, City of Grand Island, County of Hall, Nebraska, a Body Politic and
<br />Corporate, and all persons having or claiming any interest in or to a tract of land described as
<br />follows: Lot Seven (7) in Block One (1) in Dale Roush Second Subdivision, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, all real names unknown, are Defendants, said Plaintiff did obtain a Decree finding that
<br />there is due from Kenneth Luschei a/k/a Kenneth Edward Luschei and US Bank, to Plaintiff the
<br />sum of Two Thousand Three Hundred Fourteen and 80/100 Dollars ($2,314.80) together with
<br />interest thereon, attorney fees and court costs; and
<br />WHEREAS, it was further ordered in said action that in the event of default of the
<br />payment of the sum so found due by the said Kenneth Luschei a/k/a Kenneth Edward Luschei
<br />and US Bank, that Jerry J. Watson, Sheriff of said County of Hall, should cause the lands and
<br />tenements thereafter described to be advertised and sold according to law to pay the same; and
<br />WHEREAS, default having been made therein, the said Jerry J. Watson, Sheriff of said
<br />County, under and by virtue of the said Decree and Order of Sale duly directed to him, did on the
<br />23 day of September, 2015, at the lower lobby of the County Courthouse in the City of Grand
<br />Island in the said County of Hall, having first given due and legal notice of the time and place of
<br />said sale by publication once each week for four successive weeks in the Grand Island
<br />Independent, a newspaper printed and in general circulation in said County of Hall, sell said
<br />premises at public auction to Al A. Avery for the sum of Ten Thousand Twenty -Five and 00 /100
<br />Dollars ($10,025.00), which sale was examined and confirmed and Jerry J. Watson as such
<br />Sheriff was ordered to convey the said premises in fee simple to Al A. Avery.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, the said Jerry J. Watson, Sheriff of the County of Hall, State of
<br />Nebraska, in consideration of the premises and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law in
<br />the Decree of said Court, do hereby give, grant and convey to Al A. Avery the property
<br />described as follows, to -wit:
<br />Lot Seven (7) in Block One (1) in Dale Roush Second Subdivision, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said Al A. Avery, his heirs and assigns,
<br />and to them and their use forever.
