DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Charles R. Maser, of Grand Island, County of Hall, State of
<br />Nebraska, as trustee under the trust deed, dated January 28, 1998, executed by Delvin Wayne
<br />Vanosdall, as trustor, in which William L. Sundermeier and Pamela G. Sundermeier are named as
<br />beneficiary, and the undersigned is named as trustee, and filed on July 1, 1998, at Document Number
<br />98 -106 424 of the Trust Deed records of Hall County, Nebraska and recorded July 1, 1998, in
<br />Document Number 98- 106424, in the office off of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, State of
<br />Nebraska, has received from William L. Sundermeier and Pamela G. Sundermeier, the beneficiary
<br />under such trust deed, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such trust deed
<br />have been paid in full and that such trust deed and the Note secured by the trust deed have been
<br />surrendered to the undersigned, as trustee, for cancellation;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed,
<br />the undersigned, as trustee, hereby reconveys, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto the estate now held by it under such trust deed.
