DURABLE <br />POWER OF ATTORNEY <br />201601145 <br />I, Beth E. Moroney of Grand Island, Nebraska do hereby appoint my husband, Thomas <br />E. Moroney of Grand Island, Nebraska as my true and lawful Attorney in Fact, for me and in my <br />name, to do and perform and execute all or any of the following acts, deeds, and things, that is to <br />say: <br />• To ask, demand, sue for, recover, settle and receive all sums of money, debts, <br />goods and effects which are now or may become due owing and payable to me, and deliver <br />receipts and releases therefore; and make investments in a legal manner. <br />• To enter into and sign, execute, acknowledge, and deliver any contracts, deeds, or <br />other instruments whatsoever, and to endorse or otherwise deal with any checks, promissory <br />notes or other commercial instruments. <br />• To pay from my funds such monies as my attorney deems necessary to meet <br />my ordinary household, medical and other necessary expenses, and meet and satisfy, by <br />payment from such funds, my outstanding debts as the same become due and payable. <br />• To engage, employ and dismiss any agents, or other persons, or entities <br />including doctors, nurses, hospitals or other care facilities as my attorney shall deem necessary. <br />• To generally exercise all powers and duties respecting my personal and business <br />affairs in the same manner as I myself could do were I personally present and handling such <br />affairs. <br />• To determine the extent and nature of medical treatment to be received by me, <br />and to give consent therefore to medical care providers. <br />2654 (1995). <br />• To do and perform all acts and duties set forth in Neb.
