<br />and Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank is the Trustee. The Deed of Trust was thereafter filed
<br />for record October 25, 1996 and recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska
<br />as Instrument No.96- 108407.
<br />On or about October 23, 1996, Columbus Federal Savings Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right,
<br />title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation. The
<br />Assignment was recorded November 7, 1996, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 96- 108817.
