HazardousSubstances.As used in this Section 21: �a} "Hazardaus Substances"ar�those substa.nces <br /> defined as toxiG or hazardous substance�,pollutants,or wastes by Environmental La�v and the following <br /> subsfi.a.nces: gasoline,kerosene,other flammable or to�ic petroleum products,toxic pesticides and <br /> herbicides,volatile solv�nts,materials containing asbestos or formaldehyde,and radioactive materials; <br /> �a} "Envuan.ment�l Law"means federallaws anc�laws of the jurisdiction where the Property is located <br /> that relate to health, safety or environmental protection; (c}"Environmenta.l Cleanup" includes any <br /> response ac�ion,rem�dial action,or removal action,as defined in Environmental Law;and(d}an <br /> "Enviranme�tal Condition"m�anS a condition that can cause�cantribute to,or otherwis�trigger an <br /> En�ironmental�leanup. <br /> Borrower shal�aot cause or permit the presence,use,disposal, storage,ar release of any Hazardous <br /> �ubstances,or threaten to release any Ha�ardous Substances,on�r in the Property.
