<br />-'DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, Pinnacle Bank, by and through Nathan W. Perry, it's authorized officer, as trustee under the
<br />Trust Deed dated 03/20/2014 and recorded on 03/20/2014, recorded as Instrument #201401542; Trust Deed
<br />dated 08/20/2014 and recorded on 08/22/2014, recorded as Instrument #201405175; Trust Deed dated
<br />05/05/2015 and recorded on 05/14/2015, recorded as Instrument #201503098; executed by Constance L
<br />Reimers, a single person, as trustors in which Pinnacle Bank of Central City is named as beneficiary, and
<br />said bank as trustee, and in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska has received from
<br />Pinnacle Bank, the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by
<br />such Trust Deed have been fully paid and that such Trust Deed and the note secured thereby have been
<br />surrendered to the undersigned as trustee, for cancellation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said
<br />bank by and through it's authorized officer as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, namely by Constance L Reimers, a single person. the estate now held
<br />by it thereunder, to -wit:
<br />Lot 22, Larue Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Central City,
<br />Merrick County, Nebraska, on February 22. 2016.
