<br /> SECURITY AGREEMENT; FINANCIN� STATEMENTS. The follawing prv�isions rela�ing to th�s Deed of Trust as a

<br /> shal! naf remo�e, se�er or de�a�h the Personal Proper�y �rom the Praperty. Upon defau�t, Trus�vr shafl assemble
<br /> any Pe�sona� Property not affiixed t❑�he Proper�y in a manner and at a plaGe reasanaE�{y con�enien�to Trustor and
<br /> Lender and mak� it a�ailable to Lender wi�hin three 43� days after �eceipt of written demand firvm Lender to the

<br /> Addresses. The mailing addr�sses of Trustor �debtor� and Lender �secured partyy fr�m which information
<br /> cancerning �he security interest granted by �his Deed a�Trust may be obtained 4ea�h as required by the Uniform
<br /> Commer�ial C�dey are as stated on th��irst page af this ❑eed❑#Trust.
<br /> FURTHER ASSURANCES: ATT�RNEY-IN-FACT. The foilowing pra�isions relating ta further assurances and
<br /> a�torney-in-fact are a part vf this Deed o�Trust:
<br /> Further Assurances. At any tim�, and frvm time t❑ tim�, upon request a� Lender, Trustor will make, execute and
<br /> de[��er, ar wi�� cause to be made, executed or deli�ered, �o Lender or to Lender's designee, and when r�quest�d by
<br /> Lender, cause �o be filed, reGorded, refiled, or rerecarded, as the case may be, at such �imes and in such fl��ices
<br /> and p�aces as Lender may deem appropriate, any and all such mar�gages, deeds of trust, s�curity d�eds, secur�ty
<br /> agr�ements, financing statements, continuation statements, instruments o# fur�her assurance, certificates, and
<br /> ather documents as may, in the so[� apinion o� Lender, b� necessary or desirable in vrder�o efifiectuate, complete,
<br /> perfec�, continue, or preser�e t�y Trust�r's obligatians under �he Nate, this Deed of Trust, and the Rela�ed
