Wi�hou'� limi�ing the generality of the <br /> foregoing, Trust�r will not remo�e, or grant�o any other party the right to remo�e, any timber, minera�s �including <br /> oil and gas�, coal, clay, s�or�a, s���, gra�el or rock products without Lender's pr�ar written cvnsent. <br /> Remaval o�Improvements. Trustor shaff n�t dem�[ish vr remove any Impro�ements�rom the Real Proper�y wi�hou� <br /> Lender`s prior written cvnsent. As a candition to the remo�al af any [mpro��ments, L�nder may require Trustor to <br /> make arrangemen�s satisfactory ta Lender to replace such Irnpro�ements with [mpro�ements of at least equal <br /> �a�ue. <br /> Lender's Righ#to Enter. Lender and Lender's agen�s and representati�es may enter upon �he Real Property at al! <br /> reas�nable times to attend tv Lender's interes�s and to inspect the Real Property for pu�'pos�s ofi Trustor's <br /> compl�anc� w�th the t��ms and cond�t�ons of this ❑eed��Trust. <br /> Cvmp�ian�e w�th Go�ernmen�a[ Requirements. Trustor shaii pramptly comply with all laws, �rd�nances, and <br /> regulations, now or hereafter in e��ect, a� aI� gv��rnm�ntal authorities appl�cable to the use or occupancy af the <br /> Proper�y, includ�ng with�ut �imitati�n, the Ame�icans 1JV�th Disahi�ities Act. Trustor may contest in good faith any <br /> such law, ordinance, or regu�ation and withho�d complianc� dur�ng any proceeding, including appr�priate appeals, <br /> s❑ Iong as Trustor has not�fi�d Lend�r�n writing pr�ar t� doing so and so long as, in Lender`s sole opinion, Lender's <br /> interests in the Prvperty are nat jeopardiz�d. If some or all of�he proceeds�f the loan creating the lndebtedness a�e t❑ he used to construct <br /> or complete construction of any Impro�ements vn the Property, the Impro�ements shall be comple�ed n❑ later than <br /> the maturity date of the No�e tor such earlier da�e as Lender may �easonably estab[ish� and Trustor shall pay in full <br /> a!I c�sts and expenses in connec�ion with the work. �ender will disburse �oan proceeds und�r such terms and <br /> cond�tians as Lender may deem reasonahly necessary ta �nsure tha�the in�erest created by�his Deed afi Trust shall <br /> ha�� priarity❑�er al� passible liens, including those of material suppliers and workmen.
