<br /> Att�rneys' Fees; Exp�ns�s. Ifi Lender institutes any suifi or a�tion to enfarce an}� of the terrns af this D�ed of
<br /> Trust, Lender shall b� enti�ie�1 to re�o�er such sum as th� caur#may adjudge reasanable as a�torneys' fees at trial
