<br /> No Illlvdification. Trustar shall not ent�r into any agreement with the h�lder �f any mor�gage, d�ed of �rusfi, ❑r

<br /> amended, extend�d, or ren�wed without the prior writt�n consent of Lender. Trus�or sha�l neither request nar

<br /> CDNaEMNATIaN. The follawing pro�isions relating to condemna�ion proceedings ar�a pa�-t of this Deed of Tr�usf:
<br /> Proceedings. �f any pra�eeding in condemnatian is �i[ed, Trus�nr shalf promptly notify Lender in writing, and
<br /> Trustor shall �romptly tak� such steps as may be necessary to de�end �he ac�ian and ab�ain th� award. Trustor
<br /> may be the nominal party in such proceeding, �ut Lender shall be�ntitled to participate in the proceeding and ta be
<br /> represented in �he proceed�ng by counsel �f its own choi�e, and Trustvr wi�l deliWer ar cause to be d�li�ered to
<br /> L�nder such instruments an� da�umentation as may �e requested by Lender from time to tirne �o permit such
<br /> par�i��pa�ion.
<br /> Application af Ne�Proceeds. If all or any part af�he Property is candemned by�min�nt domain praceedings or by
<br /> any proceedin�ar pur�hase in li�u of�ondemnation, Lender may at its�lection require that afl or any por�ion of the
<br /> ne� proceeds v�F the award be applied to the indebtedness ar the repair or restora�ion of the Property. The net
