<br /> Trustor's vwnership of the Prop�rty, there has been no use, generati�n, manufacture, storag�, treatment, dispasal,
<br /> release vr threa#ened re�ease vf any Hazardous 5ubstance by any person on, under, about or from the Property;
<br /> ��f Trustor has na kn�wfedge of, or r�ason t❑ befie�e that there has been, except as pre�ivusly disc�osed to and
<br /> acknowledged by Lender in writing. �af any breach or �iolation o# any En�ironmental Laws, �bf any us�,
<br /> generativn. manu#acture. storage, treatment, disposal, re�ease or threatened release of any Hazardous Substance
<br /> on, under, abaut or from the Prop�rty by any p�ior owners or v�cupants of the Property, �r �cf any actual or
