<br /> Chvi�e vf Venue. lf �h�r� is a lawsuit, Trustor agrees upon Lende�'s request ta submit to the jurisdiction o� the
<br /> courts af Hall �ounty, State of Nebraska.
<br /> Joint and 5e�eral �iability. All vbligat�ons vf Borrower and Trustor under this Deed o� Trust shall be joint and
<br /> se�eral, and all references ta Trust�r shall mean each and e��ry Trus�or, and all references to Borrower shall mean
<br /> each and e�sry Borrow�r. This means tha�each Trus�or signing below is r�sponsible�or all obligativns in this Deed
<br /> o�Trus�.
<br /> Na V1lai�er by Lender. Lender shall not be deem�d to ha�e wai�ed any rights under this Deed v�Trust unless such
<br /> wa��er is gi�en in writ�ng and signed by Lender. Nv delay or vm�ssion ❑n�he par�Q� Lender in exercising any right
<br /> shall operate as a wa��er of such right or any other right. A wai�er hy Lender afi a pro�ision of th�s Deed o�Trus�

<br /> Severab�lity. If a court of competent�urisdiction finds any pro�ision o�this Deed o�Trus�t� b� illega�, in�alid, ar
<br /> unenforceable as to any person ar circumstance, �hat find�ng shall not make the o���nding pro�ision illega�, in�a[�d,
<br /> or unenforceable as to any vther person or cir�umstance. 1f �easit��e, the offending pro�ision shall be �onsidered

<br /> to human h�a�th or the �n�ironment when improperly used, treated, stored, disposed of, generated, manufactured,
<br /> transpor�ed ar vtherwise handled. The words "Ha�ardous Substances" are used in their �ery broad�st sense and
<br /> inc�ude without limi�ation any and al[ hazardous or �axic substances, materia(s or wast� as defined by ar listed
