<br />THIS MODIFICATION OF DEED OF TRUST dated January 26, 2016, is made and executed
<br />between PSK, LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, whose address is 305 N Hastings,
<br />Suite 201, Hastings, NE 68901 ( "Trustor ") and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, whose
<br />address is Grand Island - Main, 304 W. 3rd Street, Grand Island, NE 68801 ( "Lender ").
<br />DEED OF TRUST. Lender and Trustor have entered into a Deed of Trust dated January 4, 2012 (the "Deed of Trust ")
<br />which has been recorded in Hall County, State of Nebraska, as follows:
<br />Recorded on January 11, 2012, as Instrument No. 201200290, of the Official Records of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />REAL PROPERTY DESCRIPTION. The Deed of Trust covers the following described real property located in Hall County,
<br />State of Nebraska:
<br />See Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof.
<br />The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 7980 S US HIGHWAY 281, GRAND ISLAND, NE 68803. The
<br />Real Property tax identification number is 400218488.
<br />MODIFICATION. Lender and Trustor hereby modify the Deed of Trust as follows:
<br />The Deed of Trust is hereby modified to include within the indebtedness and obligations secured by the Deed of
<br />Trust, the payment to Lender of all indebtedness and performance of all obligations evidenced by and arising under
<br />that promissory note, loan or credit agreement, confirmation letter and disclosure, or other evidence of debt, dated
<br />as of January 20, 2016, evidencing indebtedness of PSK, LLC to Lender in the principal amount of $607,687.26,
<br />(which represents the refinancing of that certain promissory note, loan or credit agreement, confirmation letter and
<br />disclosure, or other evidence of debt dated as of January 04, 2012, in the amount of $700,000.00, and secured
<br />by the Deed of Trust), together with interest thereon, and any such indebtedness or other obligations incurred
<br />under or in connection with the credit accommodation evidenced, even if not specifically referenced therein.
<br />As referenced and provided in the Deed of Trust, the maturity date stated for that certain promissory note loan or
<br />credit agreement, confirmation and disclosure or other evidence of debt, dated as of January 04, 2012, in the
<br />original principal amount of $700,000.00, is hereby removed and deleted.
<br />CONTINUING VALIDITY. Except as expressly modified above, the terms of the original Deed of Trust shall remain
<br />unchanged and in full force and effect. Consent by Lender to this Modification does not waive Lender's right to require
<br />strict performance of the Deed of Trust as changed above nor obligate Lender to make any future modifications.
