<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by:
<br />L DENISE MCGOVERN, A MARRIED PERSON, AND ALSO SIGNED BY BRIAN GALLAGHER,
<br />HER SPOUSE
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated NOVEMBER 17,
<br />2014 and recorded NOVEMBER 25, 2014 in the Office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S
<br />OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, in INSTRUMENT NO. 2014707444, also an EXTENSION
<br />AGREEMENT dated DECEMBER 18, 2015 and recorded DECEMBER 22, 2015 in INSTRUMENT NO.
<br />201508652 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed
<br />and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary named therein,
<br />the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following
<br />described premises, but only as to such premises;
<br />LOT EIGHT (8), IN BLOCK ONE (1), IN SOUTHERN ACRES ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />LOT SEVENTEEN (17), KUESTER LAKE, A PART OF THE EAST HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER
<br />(E1/2SW1/4) OF SECTION THIRTEEN (13), TOWNSHIP ELEVEN(11) NORTH, RANGE NINE (9) WEST OF
<br />THE 6 P.M. IN HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, SAID LOT 17 SITUATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE
<br />EAST PORTION OF KUESTER LAKE.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
