<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated January 15, 2016, and executed by Stanley J. Halpine and Karisa
<br />J. Halpine f /k/a Karisa J. Ostdiek, Husband and Wife , as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is
<br />named Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on January 20, 2016, as Instrument No. 201600353,

<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five

<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />; M : Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot One (1), Block Three (3), Ponderosa Lake Estate Fourth Subdivision, an Addition to the
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully
