STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />( ss: <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />L Denise McGovern <br />Brian J Gallagher <br />WITNESS my hand and Notarial Seal this 12th day of February, 2016. <br />CONDITIONAL ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE AS ADDITIOi AL S URI'T `"" <br />L Denise McGovern and Brian J Gallagher , Husband and Wife, as joint tenants, ASSIGNORS, do <br />hereby assign to HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />NEBRASKA, ASSIGNEE, as additional security for payment of a loan made to Assignors by Assignee in the <br />amount of $220,000.00, the Lease dated December 1, 2014 wherein Kuester Lake, Inc. a Nebraska Corporation, <br />is the Lessor and Assignor as the Lessees, pertaining to the following described premises: <br />Lot Seventeen (17), Kuester Lake, a part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E1 /2SW1 /4) of <br />Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, <br />Nebraska, said Lot 17 situated on the West Side of the East portion of Kuester Lake. <br />It is understood that if the Assignors pay said indebtedness of $220,000.00, with interest and according to the <br />provisions of the Financing Statement given by them to the Assignee, that this Conditional Assignment of said <br />Lease will thereafter be null and void and of no further force nor effect. <br />DATED: February 12, 2016 <br />Before me, a Notary Public qualified in said County, personally came L Denise McGovern and Brian J <br />Gallagher, Wife and Husband, as joint tenants, Assignors, and who are known to me to be the identical persons <br />whose names are so affixed to the foregoing Conditional Assignment of Lease, and they acknowledged their <br />execution thereof to be their voluntary act and deed for the purposes therein stated. <br />GENERAL NOTARY - State of Ne <br />MINDY GILBERTSOI 0 <br />My Comm.
