Anderson f /k/a Michelle R. <br />Bennett and William J. Anderson, wife and husband, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration <br />of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby <br />grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Daryl L. Smith and Pearl R.
