<br />the Grantee and Grantee's heirs and assigns forever, and the
<br />Grantor hereby covenants that the real property herein described is
<br />free and clear of any lien or encumbrance caused by any claim for
<br />taxes levied against the estate of Donald G. Collister, Deceased.
