Individua� <br /> Borrov��r and Lender intend that the re�atr�nsh�ps �reated hereunder and under the other Loan <br /> Documents be s��ely that of debtor and creditor. N�thing here�n or therein is �ntended to create a <br /> j oint venture, par�nership, tenancy-in-com.man, or j nint tenancy relationsh�p between Indivxdua� <br /> Borrower and L�nder nor to grant Lender any �nterest �n the Property �ther than that of <br /> mortgagee, benefic�ary or�ender. <br /> , <br /> S�ction 4.� No Re�iance on Len�ier.
