The undersigned understands that by signing this document it will not have rights <br />which would otherwise be available to it which may allow it to retain a homestead <br />in the event that it defaults in the performance of the terms and provisions of the <br />Trust Deed. <br />3. Signing this document is the undersigned's voluntary act and deed, and is intended <br />to be a written, knowing, and voluntary waiver of any right that it may have at this <br />time to a homestead in the trust property or any part thereof, and is a voluntary <br />disclaimer of any right which it may have in the future to designate the trust <br />property or any part thereof as homestead, all as provided by the Nebraska Farm <br />Homestead Protection Act. <br />4. The undersigned further acknowledges that it has read and signed this document <br />prior to the signing of the Trust Deed above - identified, and understands and <br />intends that this instrument may be filed as a preface to the Trust Deed above - <br />identified, all of which will be filed in the Mortgage Records of the Hall County <br />Register of Deeds. <br />5.
