<br />The undersigned hereby cancels the Notice of Default filed for record November 17, 2000, and
<br />recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No.200010075.
<br />Said Notice of Default refers to the Deed of Trust executed by Justin Parmenter, a single person, as
<br />Trustor, in which Mountain West Financial, Inc. is named as Beneficiary and Commercial Federal Bank,
<br />a Federal Savings Bank is the Trustee. The Deed of Trust was thereafter filed for record June 28, 1999
<br />and recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No.99-
<br />106479.
<br />On or about June 23, 1999, Mountain West Financial, Inc., Beneficiary, assigned all of its right,
<br />title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation. The
<br />Assignment was recorded June 28, 1999, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 99- 106480.
